End User Licence Agreement
1. Licence granted
Subject to this agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use VARNAMORE (the “Software”).
- Free version: unlimited use of the free feature set, for personal or commercial work.
- Paid version: one licence covers up to two devices belonging to the same person or company. The same key works on Windows and macOS.
2. Commercial use
You may use both the free and paid versions for paid client work. Images you process are yours; we claim no rights over them.
3. Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Do not remove or alter any notices in the Software.
- Do not distribute, resell, rent or sublicense the Software or a licence key.
- Do not use the Software to infringe anyone's rights.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights in it. Your rights are those granted in this agreement.
5. Third-party components
The Software includes third-party components under their own licences, including ImageMagick / Magick.NET, Real-ESRGAN (BSD-3-Clause) for AI upscaling, GFPGAN (Apache-2.0) and YuNet for face restoration, ONNX Runtime, and BouncyCastle for cryptography. Those licences continue to apply to those components. Copies of the applicable notices are distributed with the Software.
6. Updates
Updates within the major version you purchased are included. A future major version may be a separate purchase. We are not obliged to release updates.
7. Termination
This licence ends if you materially breach it, or if your purchase is refunded or charged back. On termination you must stop using the paid features. You may continue to use the free version.
8. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited, as set out in the Terms of Service.
9. Trademark
VARNAMORE™ is a trademark used by its owner.
使用許諾契約書（参考訳）
1. 許諾する範囲
本契約に従い、当社はお客様に対し、VARNAMORE（以下「本ソフトウェア」）を インストールし使用する、非独占的かつ譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。
- 無料版：無料の機能は、個人・業務を問わず、回数の制限なくお使いいただけます。
- 有料版：1 つのライセンスで、同一の個人または法人に属する 2 台までの端末でお使いいただけます。同じキーが Windows と macOS の両方で使えます。
2. 商用利用
無料版・有料版のいずれも、報酬を受けるお仕事にお使いいただけます。 処理した画像はお客様のものであり、当社は一切の権利を主張しません。
3. 禁止事項
- 本ソフトウェアの解析・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル（法律でこの制限が認められない場合を除きます）
- 本ソフトウェア内の表示の削除・改変
- 本ソフトウェアまたはライセンスキーの配布・再販売・貸与・再許諾
- 他者の権利を侵害する目的での使用
4. 権利の帰属
本ソフトウェアは販売ではなく、許諾されるものです。本ソフトウェアに関する権利は すべて当社に留保されます。お客様の権利は、本契約で許諾された範囲に限られます。
5. 第三者の部品
本ソフトウェアには、それぞれのライセンスに基づく第三者の部品が含まれます。 ImageMagick / Magick.NET、AI 高解像度化の Real-ESRGAN（BSD-3-Clause）、 顔の補正の GFPGAN（Apache-2.0）と YuNet、ONNX Runtime、 暗号処理の BouncyCastle などです。これらの部品には、引き続き各ライセンスが適用されます。 該当する表示の写しは、本ソフトウェアに同梱しています。
6. 更新
お買い上げいただいたメジャーバージョンの範囲内の更新は、料金なしで含まれます。 将来のメジャーバージョンは、別途のご購入となる場合があります。 当社は更新を提供する義務を負いません。
7. 終了
お客様が本契約に重大な違反をした場合、またはご購入が返金もしくは チャージバックとなった場合、本許諾は終了します。終了後は有料機能の使用を おやめください。無料版は引き続きお使いいただけます。
8. 保証と責任
本ソフトウェアは現状有姿で提供されます。当社の責任は 利用規約に定める範囲に限られます。
9. 商標
VARNAMORE™ は、その保有者が使用している商標です。
