End User Licence Agreement
1. Licence granted
Subject to this agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use VARNAMORE (the “Software”).
- Free version: unlimited use of the free feature set, for personal or commercial work.
- Paid version: one licence covers up to two devices belonging to the same person or company. The same key works on Windows and macOS.
2. Commercial use
You may use both the free and paid versions for paid client work. Images you process are yours; we claim no rights over them.
3. Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Do not remove or alter any notices in the Software.
- Do not distribute, resell, rent or sublicense the Software or a licence key.
- Do not use the Software to infringe anyone's rights.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights in it. Your rights are those granted in this agreement.
5. Third-party components
The Software includes third-party components under their own licences, including ImageMagick / Magick.NET, Real-ESRGAN (BSD-3-Clause) for AI upscaling, GFPGAN (Apache-2.0) and YuNet for face restoration, ONNX Runtime, and BouncyCastle for cryptography. Those licences continue to apply to those components. Copies of the applicable notices are distributed with the Software.
6. Updates
Updates within the major version you purchased are included. A future major version may be a separate purchase. We are not obliged to release updates.
7. Termination
This licence ends if you materially breach it, or if your purchase is refunded or charged back. On termination you must stop using the paid features. You may continue to use the free version.
8. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited, as set out in the Terms of Service.
9. Trademark
VARNAMORE™ is a trademark used by its owner.
