Terms of Service

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Have these terms checked before you start selling. They are written to be accurate about how the software actually behaves, but they are not legal advice.

1. Who we are

VARNAMORE (the “Software”) is provided by Dramatic Photographer (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@varnamore.com.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the Software. You are not buying the Software itself. A paid licence is a one-time purchase for the major version you bought. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

One licence may be used on up to two devices belonging to the same person or company. The same licence key works on both the Windows and macOS versions.

3. The free version

The free version may be used without payment and without registration. Some features are reserved for the paid version, and the free version shows in-app notices about the paid version. AI upscaling is limited to a monthly allowance in the free version.

4. What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Software or a licence key.
Share a licence key publicly or with people outside your organisation.
Attempt to defeat the licence check, or modify the Software to do so.
Use the Software to process material you have no right to process.

5. Your images

All processing happens on your own computer. The Software does not upload your images anywhere. We never receive, store or see the images you process. This includes AI upscaling and face restoration, which run locally using models stored on your machine.

The Software does not modify your original files. It always writes new files.

6. Delivery Check is a check, not a guarantee

Delivery Check reads every exported file back from disk and verifies it against the settings you chose. It reports what it measured. It cannot know delivery requirements you did not enter, and it does not guarantee that a client will accept your files. You remain responsible for what you deliver.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded; in that case, the exclusions above apply only so far as the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost work, or indirect or consequential loss.

Keep backups of your original images. The Software is designed never to modify originals, and this is verified by automated tests, but you should still keep backups.

9. Payment and refunds

Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Material changes will be noted by the “last updated” date above.

VARNAMORE™ is a trademark used by its owner.
