The short version

The Software runs entirely on your computer. Your images never leave your machine. We do not have a server that receives them, and there is no account to create.

1. Your images and files

Resizing, renaming, watermarking, AI upscaling, face restoration and Delivery Check all run locally. No image, filename or metadata is transmitted to us or to any third party. We cannot see your files because they are never sent anywhere.

2. What the Software stores on your computer

Your settings and presets.
Your conversion history (the most recent runs).
Your licence key, if you have activated the paid version.
AI models you chose to download.

On Windows these live in %APPDATA%; on macOS in the application's own storage. They stay on your computer. Deleting the application data folder removes them.

3. When the Software connects to the internet

The Software works offline. It connects to the internet only in these cases:

Downloading an AI model, and only when you ask it to. The download fetches a model file; it does not send your images or any identifying information.
Licence activation is verified offline using a cryptographic signature. No connection is required and nothing is sent to us to unlock the paid features.
Checking for a new version, at most once a day. The Software requests a small file that lists the current version. It sends no information about you beyond the request itself.
Registering this computer against your licence — paid version only, at most once a day. A licence may be used on two computers, so the Software registers this one and asks whether it may run. It sends your licence key and a number that identifies this installation, together with the application version. We store a fingerprint of the key (not the key itself), that number, the name and email address already contained in your key, and the date. The reply also tells the Software which version is current, so you learn about updates. If we cannot be reached, nothing is blocked: you can keep working offline. Only if no check succeeds for 45 days do the paid features pause until the next successful check — and you are warned after 30 days. Pressing “Remove from this computer” frees the slot again. No images, file names or folder paths are ever sent.

4. What we collect when you buy

Purchases are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. They collect the information needed to take payment, issue an invoice and meet tax obligations — typically your name, email address, country and payment details. We receive your name, email address and country so that we can send you a licence key and provide support.

We never see or store your card details.

5. Email

We use your email address to send your licence key and to answer support requests. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

6. This website

This site does not use advertising cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own. Your language choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit; it never leaves your browser.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages and languages are read. It uses no cookies, stores no identifier in your browser, and does not follow you across other sites. It records the page you viewed, the referring site, and coarse technical details such as country, browser and screen size. We cannot identify you from it, and we do not try to.

When you press the download button, we record that a download started. That record holds four things: the date and time, the version you were sent, the country the request came from, and which page the button was on. We do not record your IP address, your browser, or anything else, and nothing in that record points back to you. We use it only to know how many people try the free version.

7. Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact form. Because we hold very little — essentially your name, email and purchase record — such requests are usually simple to fulfil.

Purchase and invoice records held by our payment provider may need to be retained for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

8. Children

The Software is a professional tool and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
