Refund Policy

Try before you buy

There is a free version. It is the same application with some features reserved for the paid version. We strongly recommend running your own images through it before purchasing, so you can confirm it does what you need on your files and your machine.

14-day refund

If the paid version does not work for you, write to support@varnamore.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request.

Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the order.

After 14 days

We will still consider a refund if the Software does not do what this website says it does. Tell us what happened and we will look into it.

How the refund is made

Refunds are issued by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record, back to the original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer. Once refunded, your licence key stops being valid for continued use.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. If your local law gives you a longer cancellation period, that period applies.
